Important Product Information
Every balloon offered by SPH4YOU is individually handcrafted. Unlike factory-made products, no two pieces are exactly the same. Variations in appearance, proportions, seam placement, texture, and finishing details are a natural consequence of the handmade manufacturing process.
Because these items are manually assembled and modified, they should be treated with care. Latex is an elastic material that can weaken over time or fail unexpectedly due to factors such as pressure, environmental conditions, handling, storage, or normal wear. For this reason, no guarantee is provided regarding inflation duration, resistance to damage, or long-term performance.
Customers should expect minor visual and structural differences between products. Marks resulting from hand assembly, including visible joints, slight asymmetry, surface irregularities, folds, or traces of production materials, may be present. Such characteristics are inherent to the product and should not be considered faults.
Each item is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, handcrafted products cannot be expected to display the uniformity of mass-produced goods.
The purchaser is responsible for using, handling, storing, and inflating the product appropriately. The manufacturer and seller shall not be liable for damage, injury, loss, or expenses arising from misuse, improper inflation, modification, accidental failure, or use beyond the intended purpose of the product.
This item is sold as a collectible inflatable novelty product. It is not certified, designed, or intended for intimate, medical, therapeutic, or safety-related applications.
Purchase and use of this product constitute acceptance of its handmade nature and the limitations associated with custom-crafted latex items.
